Sampaguita tourist Inn

My boss ask me to accompany her to GS Mall to buy some Christmas decorations. But before going to the mall, she remembered that the seminar that we are hosting is fast approaching. Many participants from different parts of the Philippines are joining the seminar and she received a lot of queries regarding hotels, inns where they can stay. So she ask me if I'm willing to accompany her to a nearby Sampaguita tourist inn, just few blocks away from the GS mall. I said yes to her because I'm also curious about this somewhat new hotel along Quirino Avenue. Upon arriving at the inn, we were greeted by 3 gorgeous ladies at the front desk. This inn has 438 rooms and it's a 4-story building. They also have wifi facility.

Few lanzones fruit this year

I have been waiting for the lanzones fruit to drop down its price to around Php20-30.00/kilo this year but it never goes down. Maybe because of its few production this year. A Php40.00 - 60.00 per kilo of lanzones is just too pricey for me. Hopefully there will be more lanzones next year to satisfy my cravings.LOL

The lanzoness fruit is covered by yellowish, thick,leathery skin. Underneath the skin, the fruit isdivided into five or six slices of translucent, juicy flesh. The flesh is slightly acidic i ntaste, although ripe specimens are sweeter. Green seeds are present around half of the segments, usually taking up a small portion of the segment although some seeds take up the entire segment's volume. In contrast with the sweet - sour flavor of the fruit's flesh, the seeds are extremely bitter. The sweet juicy flesh contains sucrose, fructose, and glucose.

New Look, New feel

Hello friends! I have changed my template from that cutie pinky one into this new, simple and lightweight template. It's a 3-column minima. I just changed the colors of the fonts and border. I decided to have the color pink as a dominant color to retain the femininity of my old pink template:)

Why I changed?

• For a whole new look.hehe. I want something new...something that I have a personal touch on it.
• I noticed that my old template loads slower. So, I decided to have a template that has a lighter weight.
