Last Sunday after we finish attending mass at Saint Joseph the Worker Parish, my wife decided that we visit one of the projects shes trying to sell and that is the Arezzo Place Davao (Arezzo is pronounce just like as in Pizza). Arezzo Place Davao is an affordable mid-rise condominium project by Phinma Properties. It consists of 12 residential condominium buildings with a modern Italian inspired theme. 

Its just a minute walk to the site location from the church, and you wont have a problem in terms of transportation since there are plenty of pedicabs passing by. If you plan on going their by public transportation like a jeep. From the downtown area, just ride a jeep with a sign board of Sasa, and tell the driver to drop you of Doña Pilar Village. One Lakeshore Drive - Davao Park District by Megaworld Suntrust

The city is really booming, and to prove it, here comes another condominium unit to rise at the back of SM Lanang Premier. That is the One Lakeshore Drive by Megaworld. One Lakeshore Drive is Megaworld's first project in Mindanao and its first township development in Davao City, strategically located in Davao Park District at SP Dacudao Loop, behind SM Lanang Premier.

One good thing about the One Lakeshore Drive is that is is located near known establishments. It is near schools establishments such as Holy Cross of Davao, University of the Immaculate Conception, Assumption College of Davao to name a few. Not to mention its at the BACK of SM Lanang Premier. Damosa gateway also houses known establishment which is just a few minutes from One Lakeshore Drive.

Awesome Landscaping Designs at Agri Trade Fair 2014 in SM City Davao

Me and my wife usually go to agri trade fair here in Davao, In 2010 we happened to visit this place where it showcase Davao's finest landscape design, for a Php10 fee, its worth the payment. After that I have not visited any Agri trade fair since then hmmm, maybe due to a busy schedule. But this year after the Indak-Indak sa Kadalanan, my second destination would be at SM City Davao for the agri trade. The landscape exhibit was still has a fee of Php10 but just like in 2010, the design was nice. Here are some of the photos, I'll share to all.

Photos of Bonsai and Dish Garden Exhibit at SM City Davao 2014

After the Indak-Indak sa Kadalanan, my second stop would be in SM City Davao for the Bonsai and Dish Garden Exhibit. A little Info on what a dish garden is - A dish garden is a garden of plants growing in a shallow dish or bowl for a container. The dish garden can be landscaped to represent a scene in nature, it is a miniature ecosystem. The plants used in a dish garden should be compatible and cultivars that stay small or grow very slowly are most commonly used. Here are some photos of the said exhibit.

Bumper to Bumper Show 2014 at SM Lanang Premier

There were lots of cars during the Bumper to Bumper Show at SM Lanang Premier. I have posted pictures of cars and models in my previous post about this event, but those photos were the one's inside the mall. But there were also exhibit outside of the mall, particularly in front of the open parking lot at SM, and there were some excellent cars shown outside. Here are some of the photos, Enjoy.
