There's a bunch of great place to eat at Gaisano Mall Davao, especially at the roof top, to be specific The Peak. Its a great place to hang out with your friends and family. It has a great overlooking view of Davao City. Lets skip "The Peak" and lets talk more on some of the excellent places to eat there. One of which is Gusteau's Food Haus. The first time I saw this place the first thing that pops in my mind Gusteau?? isn't that from the movie Ratatouille, Gusteau the famous chef, Gusteau the famous restaurant hehehe. If you watch that movie you'll get what I mean.
So during Araw ng Dabaw we decided to pick a place to eat at "The Peak" and the place we pick was Gusteau's Food Haus. It is not because of the name (well partly because of the name hehehe), and also for their menu, I saw a kinilaw in their menu so I'm all go for it, I really love kinilaw by the way. When we entered the place we were greeted warmly by people working in the restaurant. Me and my wife ordered Kinilaw (hahaha I told you this is my favorite), Lechon Kawali (this is for my little girl) and Garlic Tuna Belly. The orders were a little pricey but once it was served it was worth it. The food taste great it was a nice experience for me and my family.
Other selection in their menu includes their specialty which is Grancho Reale (Ocean King Crab served on a bed of garlic, herb crust sauce), Spicy Prawn, Dory Fillet, Doki's Chicken Wing, White Squid Adobo, Bamboo Shoot with Cabbage. They also serve soups. Theirs soups are Embao Shell Soup, Sinigang na Pasayan, and Crab Soup.
