The city is really booming, and to prove it, here comes another condominium unit to rise at the back of SM Lanang Premier. That is the One Lakeshore Drive by Megaworld. One Lakeshore Drive is Megaworld's first project in Mindanao and its first township development in Davao City, strategically located in Davao Park District at SP Dacudao Loop, behind SM Lanang Premier.

Damosa gateway also houses known establishment which is just a few minutes from One Lakeshore Drive.
